The curriculum will help children develop skills, concepts, knowledge and attitudes through a curriculum content which is creative, relevant, exciting and differentiated.
The curriculum will enable pupils to become literate and numerate, having confidence when communicating, working with and responding to others. It will enable pupils to develop analytical problem solving skills and will develop independence in our pupils enabling them to make healthy, safe life choices for themselves and others.
Wherever possible we aim to make our curriculum cross curricular. We try to provide first-hand experience to enhance and enrich the curriculum. To this end an annual residential trip is arranged for children in each year group as well as using a range of providers to support the curriculum.
